Rhonda Grubb, L.M.T.,M.T.I., N.C.T.M.B., C.E.S., SFMA Level 1 Certified
Nationally Board Certified Bodywork Therapist and Texas State Licensed Massage Therapist since 1994. Rhonda began her athletic career as a USCF cyclist in the 80's/90's. After deciding to do her first Triathlon in 1987, Rhonda continued to venture into running and swimming in addition to her cycling.
Some of her most memorable races are:
- 1995 USCF Texas State Time Trial Championship – awarded Age Group Gold Medalist
- 1997 Qualifier and Finisher Ironman Hawaii respectively
- 2000 Finisher Ironman Canada
- 2002 Finisher Ironman Wisconsin
Through Rhonda's own injuries, over the course of her athletic endeavors, Rhonda knows and understands the importance of higher awareness of mind and body through bodywork therapy. Her knowledge and understanding of proper biomechanics and injuries empowers an athlete’s awareness.
